Ambition is to become a key player in a high-growth market.
First, I started as a marketing artist, doing creatives for the only game of the company IceCream + the prototypes. A second one released quickly after that, Sneaker Art. It was wonderful to be part of the growth and the only one responsible for producing the ads at this period. Let me show some of my ads when I started this journey! Nothing incredible, but it was a fun start.
The company released more and more games, which led us to hire and build a team capable of producing creatives and creating special content.
Since that time, I keep managing the team, defining the strategy of the next moves to do for TapNation and our games on the creative front.
I already worked on a team project before, of course, but this was a giant step forward compared to it. Managing and having the responsibility for the team's results and development is something thrilled and motivating. I'm someone who likes to compete and beat the odds, this is why I'm always around giving my best to projects and people, even if on the paper I'm not the most qualified person.
The team is composed of marketing artists, market analyst, motion designer, unity developer, 2D/3D artist. It is passionate when you can admire people grow and achieve things under your lead, it makes the job really pleasant, it balances when the hardest part comes.

What is also fascinating is all the work done when we have to define a strategy, identify new trends, create custom game levels from scratch to catch viewers attention. Here I share with you some of our special level build to make creatives using some famous trends:
Rewarding all the efforts and hard work I put since I joined TapNation. Remember, I started as the only marketing artist of the company, producing ads for prototypes and two games. And now managing a team of 10 people from all around the world, defining the best strategy to have according to the game ads, helping with brand collaboration such as McDonald's, L'Oréal..
What a journey!
